I love discovering and tinkering with new technology and am constantly learning. Leonardo Da Vinci, Archimedes, and Pythagoras are some of my greatest role-models and like them, I have interest and passion for a variety of topics including philology, etymology, coding, web development, graphic design, bodybuilding, writing, tiny house construction, storytelling and more. I am an engineer at heart and I am here to create.

A passionate LAMP Web Application Developer with demonstrated skills in modern responsive, mobile-ready web design & development. Knowledge of performance and security techniques that businesses desire including SQL-Injection, SSL/SSH, and Stored Procedures. Proficient in dynamic web technologies including LAMP, Object-Oriented Perl & PHP, MySQL, Web Applications, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3/HTML5, WordPress and Responsive/Mobile-First design.

MY WORK
Professional Highlights
Built three modern WordPress sites using custom child themes and including eCommerce and social integration plugins.
Hand-built from scratch six websites with pure HTML5/CSS3 as class projects. Some concepts demonstrated include responsive design, mobile-first, designing to specification, designing from wireframes, working with templates, plugins, CSS grids, JavaScript/jQuery/ES6 and more!
My dedication, attention to detail and client communication skills led to achieving a 4.0 consistently throughout all four quarters at Portland Community College, earning me the highest honor of being on the President's list four times.

What I’m looking to do next
I am available for remote Web Development and Design opportunities. I specialize in WordPress E-commerce Theme Development and Front-End web development. Am competent with PHP backend development also. I love working with the LAMP stack and have recently been playing around with CLI JavaScript libraries like NodeJS.
